Setting Intentions
March 2023 Slice of Life challenge
I wonder if there is another solar system not unlike ours somewhere too far to detect let alone travel there. Somewhere way way out in our vast universe there is another star with several planets orbiting around it. Where there is another Earth-like planet that is just the perfect amount away from its sun where it's not too cold, not too hot and the atmosphere is favorable for humans to inhabit it. I wonder if those humans on the other Earth-like planet in another solar system far far away are doing it better than we are here on our Earth. Do they have a better political system? Do they live more sustainably than us? Did they never invent processed foods and instead eat real food? Are they way healthier than us? Have they figured out the longevity secret? What could we learn from them? I also wonder if maybe they are really effing it up too? Are they always at war? Have they already run out of water? Is their ozone layer totally gone? Is their planet so overheated they can't spend time outside? Are they over taken by trash? Is their life expectancy 30 years old? What could we learn from them? I wonder if there are infinite Earth-like planets doing it differently than us. Outer space is so big, so much bigger than just you, me, us, or planet Earth inhabitants. We can't be the only ones trying to live life.

This line of thinking scares the poop out of me. In all truth, it is more likely than not. However, as a fan of Unsolved Mysteries the alien abduction segments always gave me nightmares.
